Daniel is a Licensed Business Broker and Real Estate Agent. Having specialising in business Re-sale, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Valuations and Due Diligence, he assists both buyers and sellers achieve a mutually beneficial result through either offering consulting services or negotiating on their behalf.
With over 10 years experience in business management and ownership, he has been the Senior Manager, Founder and/or Shareholder in many different businesses and companies, ranging from small family operated concerns to larger corporate entities. Daniel has completed a Bachelor of Business with a major in marketing degree and Finance Diploma with graduate certificates in Corporate finance, Financial risk management, and Business / Investment analysis.
Daniel is constantly looking to identify Joint Ventures and opportunities to better the direction of the company. His extensive experience in business development allows him to identify opportunities that are mutually beneficial for all parties involved. With a mixed background of marketing and sales and client/stakeholder management also allows him to look at the functionality of the company on a wider scale, making smart decisions from a business strategy perspective while fostering a creative environment for day-to-day operations.
